Job Description

We are seeking a caring, attentive LPN(s) to provide care for a client receiving palliative care, starting immediately. THIS POSITION OFFERS 10-HOUR SHIFTS ON A TEMPORARY BASIS in St. Albert. The shifts will be overnight. Job Responsibilities: - Assess clients to determine their required level of care; - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care in consultation with clients and their families; - Identify and respond to issues affecting client safety; - Monitor, assess, document, and report symptoms and changes in clients' conditions; - Make recommendations for modifications to the care plan; - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols; - Operate or monitor medical equipment; - Perform other nursing duties as specified in the care plan.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
