The Loyalty Program Management team is at the heart of the PC Optimum program, supporting numerous stakeholders across the business to ensure PC Optimum offers are accurate and executed on time. Our world is data heavy, but we love it! We work as a team to get the job done and have fun along the way.
As the Loyalty Program Management Analyst on the Loyalty Program Management team, you will be integral in supporting in the execution of loyalty processes and administration of the central loyalty system. You will be responsible for overall offer quality, accuracy and collision management of Loyalty offers across the network. You will need to have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data and are a team player. You are adaptable and comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks with a sense of urgency to get the job done and meet a deadline. You are well versed and able to present findings by speaking to various groups of the business daily.
