Job Description


Home Hardware is hiring for a Loyalty & CRM Manager to oversee and champion Home\xe2\x80\x99s National Consumer Loyalty & CRM Program (Scene+) in partnership with Home\xe2\x80\x99s Credit program. Reporting to the Director, CRM & Loyalty, you will be responsible for developing Mass and Targeted (CRM) marketing programs that grow loyalty member participation and sales across Home\xe2\x80\x99s banners.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

  • Develop the Launch Marketing plan with Scene+, that will see all Home banners and Online launch Scene+ in the summer of 2023.
  • Develop the Annual Loyalty Marketing Calendar, including Mass and Targeted campaigns. Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure delivery of campaigns.
  • Develop the overall Loyalty & CRM strategy in partnership with the Director, Loyalty & CRM. This includes program structure, objectives, promotional tactics, and program enhancements.
  • Drive program adoption across Home\xe2\x80\x99s banners, supporting all store communication and training to ensure the program is consistently offered across Home\xe2\x80\x99s store network
  • Develop and execute all Store Communication and Training, both launch and post launch
  • Act as the internal champion at Home for Loyalty & CRM as a key advantage and differentiator. Collaborate across Merchandising and Operations to ensure a strong understanding and alignment of loyalty within the Home.
  • In partnership with the Director, Loyalty & CRM, develop Home\xe2\x80\x99s CRM practice; formulate segment and 1:1 personalized marketing campaigns that support Home\xe2\x80\x99s brand and strategic focus.
  • Partner with Home\xe2\x80\x99s Loyalty program partner on Earn & Burn programs that continually raise Home\xe2\x80\x99s profile within the program and drives engagement with program members.
  • Partner with Home\xe2\x80\x99s Credit team on Loyalty & CRM programs that compliment financial service offerings. This includes the annual planning on joint campaigns and the execution of loyalty within financial service options.
  • Lead all PR activities on Home\xe2\x80\x99s Loyalty program in partnership with Home\xe2\x80\x99s PR department.
  • Manage the Loyalty Partner (Scene+), including negotiating contract terms, establishing guidelines, testing initiatives, budgeting, and developing unique marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the calendar of bonus promotions and calendar of redemption promotions.
  • Lead a smooth rollout & implementation of Home\xe2\x80\x99s new loyalty program. Ensuring exposure of Home\xe2\x80\x99s Loyalty program through the partners marketing channels and Home\xe2\x80\x99s media channels (i.e.: flyers, TV, online, in-store, on-hold messaging, POP, in-store materials, emails etc.).
  • Management of Loyalty partner brand use adherence and approvals for Dealers.
  • Manage, analyze, and report Loyalty program results to Dealers and Management.
  • Manage Direct Report(s) to deliver against program objectives and to support Home\xe2\x80\x99s Dealer Owners.
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing.
  • Three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position. Expert knowledge of Loyalty partner program and loyalty programs in general is an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Loyalty & CRM principles and practices, specifically in Retail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, accuracy, and budgeting experience.
  • Strong analytics acumen and an understanding of Loyalty Marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of Home Hardware\xe2\x80\x99s departments, systems and processes a definite asset.
  • Ability to motivate, manage and provide direction to a team.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required, with some travel.
