Support enforcement of lease terms, including pet policies, noise complaints, and maintenance access. Prepare and send formal tenant communications (e.g., entry notices, policy updates) as per the Residential Tenancies Act. Assist in rent collection oversight and coordinate with the AR team for follow-up on delinquencies or N4 processes. Act as the key liaison between the leasing team, resident experience coordinators, and admin support. Participate in weekly coordination meetings and track action items for the low-rise portfolio. Support onboarding of new staff within the low-rise residential team and participate in SOP updates. Review leasing and renewal activity in RentCafe to ensure unit status accuracy and alignment with internal KPIs. Assist the Residential Property Manager in tracking expenditures against budget, particularly for repairs, supplies, and contracted services.
