The lead Low Voltage Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing commercial/ residential CCTV/ Access Control and Home automation systems in a variety of customer environments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities



Perform audio visual system installation for our clients, including low voltage wiring, trim-out, equipment, rack setup, video displays, cameras, projection systems, media rooms, audio systems and control systems Perform cable pulls, crimp and terminate structure cables Assist with structural installation of displays, screens, and projectors Troubleshooting issues and final testing of the systems being installed On-the-job training and development for new or less experienced Technicians Lead and supervise teams of Technicians to ensure installation completion All other duties as assigned/required

Job Skills and Qualifications



Ability to read and follow building plans and wiring schematics Ability to lift heavy objects such as assisting with 80" displays or larger Ability to work off ladders and/or scaffolding Knowledgeable in computer and communication programs Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a high level of professionalism Minimum 2 years of low voltage experience Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract Must have Experience with Crestron and Control 4 troubleshooting and code upload Audio, video conferencing or control equipment manufacturer certifications would be considered assets
The chosen candidate will be required to set up reference calls with past supervisors or bosses.

NOTE: No relocation package is being offered.

Pay: $19.00-$39.00 per hour
