Job Overview:
We are seeking several skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends

- MUST have current ProServe credentials and full knowledge of the AGLC handbook.

Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions. Internship positions are not available.
