As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to maintain smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service to customers. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
