The Lottery Account Representative - Key Accounts is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with the Sask Lotteries Key Accounts as the liaison with new builds/developments within these accounts, as well as provide primary back up duties for the retail network in the southern half of the province. The position reports to the South Regional Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Build, maintain and leverage relationships with national and regional lottery partners (ex. 7Eleven, Shell, Petro Can, Shoppers Drug Mart) to help enhance the Saskatchewan Retail Network
Identify, develop and monitor national and regional promotions or incentives
Represent Saskatchewan in multi-jurisdictional meetings for national promotions and collaboration
Provide sales, commission and compliance updates as requested to Key Accounts
Shipping and receiving duties including maintaining inventory of lottery supplies, preparing and loading returns and unloading deliveries
Provide relief for other south Lottery Account Representatives during busy periods, vacation or other needs including preparing orders and supplies, as well as visiting retail locations within relief route to perform customer service duties
Provide relief for Regina Prize Payout Office including opening and closing, processing claims and all inquiries
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to compliance support

Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or similar discipline or equivalent education and/or training
Knowledge and experience in the Saskatchewan lotteries system an asset
Working Conditions
Full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent
Overtime work may be necessary during busy periods
Office setting
Position will be based out of Regina
Travel will be required with overnight stays possible
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
Able to lift 30-40 lb cartons
