We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to assisting guests and customers.
Duties
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed.
Assist customers with locating vehicles and answering any questions they may have.
Perform regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good condition and report any issues to management.
Keep customer waiting areas clean and organized
Provide exceptional guest services by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations within the dealership.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support dealership operations.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Previous experience in a dealership setting is beneficial but not required.
Organize and track tire deliveries and pickups
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
