Key Responsibilities:
Capture vehicle photos
Write vehicle descriptions and service regulations
Receive, inspect, and process incoming new vehicle shipments from transport carriers
Check in new arrival vehicles in accordance with OEM requirements
Organize and arrange vehicle inventory on the lot in an appealing and accessible manner
Ensure all vehicles are locked and keys are stored securely
Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to have vehicles ready for test drives or appointments
Obtain and record in service dates, all makes and models
Maintain a clean and safe lot by performing tasks such as lawn cutting, snow removal (tractor/shoveling), sweeping, and emptying garbage bins
Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., fueling, checking tire pressure)
Assist with parts pick-ups, licensing, vehicle fueling, and occasional deliveries
Provide shuttle or valet service for customers as needed
Support additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Photography experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
