Responsibilities

Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide top-notch guest services to enhance their experience. Efficiently park vehicles in designated areas while ensuring safety and organization within the lot. Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and precision. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding parking procedures and vehicle status. Perform routine inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness and orderliness. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing cashiering support as needed. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and reporting. Demonstrate proficiency in driving both manual transmission and automatic vehicles.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable. Familiarity with dealership operations or delivery driver experience is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is preferred.
