Job Summary



To maintain the overall condition of the dealership lot including the cleanliness of the lot and the vehicles for sale. To ensure all vehicles are "customer ready". The Lot Attendant ensures that all inventory standards are kept and that the image of the Tony Graham Automotive Group is upheld.

What you offer



Job Duties:



Ensure that interior and exterior of all vehicles in inventory are kept clean Organize the parking lot Clean, display and rotate vehicles on a timely basis in the showroom after they have been sold as per the standardized operating procedure on safely operating a vehicle in the showroom Dust, clean and equip them with available accessories to ensure a pleasant viewing experience for clients Ensure all lot vehicles have the appropriate amounts of gas - Monitor daily Ensure all advertising materials and Information Sheets are in vehicle and in excellent condition At times, assist with the pickup and delivery of licensing and other items Keep the grounds of the dealership free of litter and trash Ensure all the snow is removed from the cars and the lot, with all entrances properly sanded and secured Operate all vehicles in a responsible and caring manner Ensure there are sufficient supplies on hand in order to complete assigned tasks- i.e. Wash Bay supplies and use the supplies and materials in a safe, practical, and economical manner Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel Consult with management team about customer expectations and barriers Promote every aspect of the Tony Graham Automotive Group to the client Assist with any function management deems necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, or Tony Graham Automotive Group Department goals Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with all stakeholders in a positive spirit of teamwork Produce quality work that evidences pride of workmanship Maintaining the workspace assigned in an organized, clean and safe manner Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Highway Traffic Act, etc.) Any other responsibilities as required and/or as assigned

The successful candidate will have the following:



Education and Qualification



Successful completion of Secondary School Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract Clean driving record, and reporting to management any circumstances regarding the status of this license Able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions and be able to drive vehicles in tight spaces (i.e. in and out of showroom) and heights (i.e., ramps)

Language



Fluent in English, oral and written Bilingualism, an asset

Schedule:



Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Structure:



$17.60 per hour
