We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our team as a Lot Attendant. This is a

Full-Time, Regular

position for our

Leduc

dealership in Alberta.



The Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring an organized and safe lot for the service and sales departments.

JOB DUTIES:




Safely operate a Forklift or tow vehicle Maintaining an organized, safe and efficient lot for the service and sales department Assisting with the transport, setup and take down of offsite tradeshow vehicles and displays Moves all units and ensure the lots are arranged neatly (string line straight rows) Ensure slides, jacks and compartment doors are stowed away before moving units Showroom, Main Lot, and Storage Lot layout and maintenance Ensure customer parking is always available Report any lot damage immediately (with stock # and pictures) to supervisor Report any unit maintenance/defects to supervisor immediately Ensure lot is free of debris and excessive dirt/mud Distributing and setting up of RVs in the service bays and Service lot for technicians Any other items as directed by your supervisor, manager, or designate
+ Subject to depending on your location and structure:

- Wash RV's using an automated washing system.

REQUIREMENTS:




Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract Forklift ticket Working outdoors in all-weather Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

WORK CONDITIONS:




Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Shift work required, including evening, weekends, and early mornings. Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull and carry equipment and supplies. Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required, including shoveling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies. Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment including power washers and hand tools.
