Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot while providing exceptional guest services to our customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties

Greet customers as they arrive and provide assistance with their needs. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed. Assist in moving vehicles as needed, including parking and retrieving cars for customers. Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for display and assisting with customer inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns on the lot.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
