Job Description

Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln (in the Guelph Auto Mall) is accepting applications for the following position:

Lot Attendant / Internal Advisor

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned and presentable each day; assist with showroom coordination as needed. Organize, schedule, and prepare inventory vehicles so they're ready for the sales lot. Coordinate internal and external services for sold vehicles, ensuring they pass quality control and are delivery-ready. Receive and inspect new vehicles upon transport arrival; note any damages on the Bill of Lading and report defects to the Sales Manager immediately. Maintain the cleanliness and overall housekeeping of the lot and showroom. Support the sales department by transporting vehicles as required.
Skills and Qualifications

Experience in automotive field is an asset. Valid Ontario Driver's License. A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
