Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This role is vital in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our lot, assisting with vehicle organization, and providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, including parking and retrieving vehicles as needed Greet guests courteously and provide assistance with vehicle inquiries or directions Ensure vehicles are properly moved, parked, and stored according to dealership standards Maintain the appearance of the lot by performing routine cleaning and upkeep tasks Handle guest interactions professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Support inventory management by tracking vehicle locations and assisting with vehicle transfers Perform cash handling duties if necessary during guest interactions or sales processes

Requirements

Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive environments is preferred Strong guest service and customer service skills with a professional demeanor Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are advantageous Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus but not mandatory Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
