Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including vehicles and surrounding areas. Assist customers by providing directions and information about vehicle locations. Ensure that all vehicles are properly parked and displayed in an orderly fashion. Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure they are in good condition for customer viewing. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, following dealership policies.

Requirements

Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong background in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
