Lot Attendant
to join our growing team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our dealership. This position involves maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory, supporting the sales and service teams, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities
Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles for customers, ensuring safe handling at all times.
Organize, park, and maintain the display of vehicles on the lot.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including washing vehicles as needed.
Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests as needed.
Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, including customer test drives.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the lot, driveways, and dealership grounds.
This position may include additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall success and efficiency of dealership operations.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Able to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods, often in varying weather.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay productive in a busy environment.
Shows up on time and can be trusted to complete assigned duties without constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Previous experience in guest services or dealership environments is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
Friendly and respectful when interacting with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Valid British Columbia driver's license
Ability to legally operate a wide range of vehicles.
Confident in driving both manual and automatic transmissions. Comfortable maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces.
