Lot Attendant

to join their dynamic team in Barrie.

The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Rearrange vehicles to maximize space and maintain vehicle lot Snow removal as needed Ensure used vehicles are in good working order Travel to license office daily to pick up and deliver information Move vehicles as directed by the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers in accordance with dealership display standards Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures Comply with required health and safety regulations Perform additional duties as required

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

:

Tidiness of vehicle lot Efficiency and timeliness in preparing vehicles for delivery

SKILL & EFFORT

:

Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities Physical strength to lift 50 pounds Strong listening and observation skills for inspecting incoming vehicles Class G driver's license Clean driving record Manual dexterity

WORKING CONDITIONS

:

Routinely work in an outdoor environment Frequently stand during work hours Work environment necessitates proper personal protective equipment in keeping with health and safety requirements
