What You'll Do

Reunite families:

Track down leads, dig for answers, and do what it takes to reconnect lost pets with the people who love them.

Guide with compassion:

Support owners who may be facing difficult decisions, offering solutions without judgment.

Keep things running smoothly:

From managing animal intakes and records to ensuring protocols are followed, you'll help keep the shelter moving.

Deliver top-notch service:

Whether on the phone, over email, or in person, you'll represent RHS with professionalism, care, and a smile.

Help pets find homes:

Assist with adoptions, answer questions, and make sure families leave with wagging tails and happy hearts.

What You Bring

A knack for staying calm, professional, and kind - even under pressure. Confidence working with animals of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. The Fine Print

Full-time position with weekend shifts. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., handle unpredictable situations, and work in an environment that can be noisy, busy, and emotional. A clear criminal record check and valid driver's abstract are required.
