Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Loss Prevention & Security Risk Advisor with a strong background in managerial roles within the security and loss prevention industry. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and a consultative approach to risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies for clients across various sectors Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security evaluations Advise clients on regulatory compliance, asset protection, and incident response planning Lead and mentor junior consultants and field teams Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive-level decision-making Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the security or loss prevention industry Proven expertise in risk management, consulting, and operational security planning Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Experience working with diverse clients and industries Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PCI, PSP) are an asset Ability to work independently and remotely with occasional on-site visits in Toronto
