Intent:
The intent of this process is to staff five (5) permanent Loss Prevention Officer positions in Winnipeg, MB.

Education: Graduation from an approved post-secondary institution in a field of security management or security administration. Degree equivalency an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Loss Prevention experience required.
- Minimum 2 years Security experience required.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in internal & external investigations including security breaches and violations.
- Experience in CCTV system operations.
- Experience conducting security inspections.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Experience administering a departmental security program (physical security or personnel security or security in contracting).
- Supervisory experience.

Operational Requirements:
- Valid Manitoba Guard & Investigators License.
- Use of Force / Handcuffing Certification preferred.
- Standard First Aid / CPR-C / AED preferred.
- Willing and able to work extended/modified hours on short notice.
- To be available to travel and to work from various work sites.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or have the personal mobility to the extent usually associated with the possession of a valid driver's license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50-$23.50 per hour
