Our rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced and professional Loss Prevention Officer. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in retail and is organized and committed to preventing losses from occurring. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure that the store maintains its status as an industry leader in terms of loss prevention measures, including implementing new technology and updated policies.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor store activities.
• Use observation and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct surveillance activities.
• Establish rapport with staff and patrons.
• Handle emergency situations.
• Promote a safe and secure environment.
• Resolve disputes.
• Assist security personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
