Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work remotely from home Monday-Friday for an afternoon-evening schedule as this role is intended to support our stores. We are flexible with the hours of coverage around a 1:00pm-9:00pm EST shift. There will be a rotational on-call schedule as well.

What You'll Be Doing:Triage incoming LP communications, prioritize support requests, and route appropriately.
Complete support tasks for investigations, including securing footage and organizing documentation.
Maintain regular KPI and compliance reporting, identify stores with loss-related anomalies or trends; support stakeholders with data tracking and insight requests.
Coordinate logistics for LP projects, technology rollouts, and store-facing initiatives.
Act as the on-call point of contact on a rotational basis, advising Store Managers on emergent total loss incidents and applying sound judgment to escalate when necessary.
Conduct standard compliance reviews and support training rollout tracking.
What You'll Bring:High school diploma.
3-5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business policies, processes and procedures.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently.
High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Assets You May Have:Ability to write and speak clearly in English and French.
Experience leading emergency/disaster situations.
Experience monitoring CCTV/cameras
Experience with case management programs
Experience using exception-based reporting tools
Travel Requirements:Travel as needed with overnight stays to support stores.
