A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Loss Prevention Manager, the Loss Prevention Analyst is responsible for identifying and analyzing risks related to losses, fraud, and security incidents. The role works closely with the Loss Prevention Specialists team to develop and implement effective prevention strategies supported by data analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze loss trends (missing packages, damages, returns, fraud, etc.) and produce regular reports. Monitor and interpret operational data (scans, inventories, package movements) to detect anomalies. Update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to loss prevention. Provide support during audits. Stay informed on emerging fraud and loss methods within the delivery and transportation industry.

Qualifications
EducationCollege diploma in administration, logistics, data analysis, security, or a related field.

ExperienceMinimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in loss prevention, risk analysis, or within a logistics/transportation environment. Experience in data analysis and report production.

Technical SkillsProficiency with office tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalent). Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and detect anomalies.

Interpersonal SkillsStrong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Clear and effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
