Looking for Work - Basic Skills & Experience



We are seeking people who have basic skills and practical experience. Applicants will be asked to complete a simple test to demonstrate these skills, including:

Practical hands-on abilities (using tools, simple technical tasks) Organization & responsibility (keeping the workspace clean, safe, and orderly) Team cooperation (open communication, completing tasks fully and on time) Problem-solving attitude (handling small challenges independently)

Requirements

Work discipline: punctuality, reliability, and following through on assigned tasks. Ownership of your work: no skipping, no passing tasks to others, no half-done jobs. Focus at work: able to stay off personal distractions like the phone and concentrate on the task. Willingness to learn: able to quickly understand and apply simple instructions.
