Positions: Commercial Financing Paralegal, Litigation Legal Assistant, Paralegal - Real Estate
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site (5 days/week)
We are currently recruiting for three full-time, permanent legal roles with reputable and well-established companies located in the heart of downtown Montreal. These positions offer the chance to work in dynamic environments where your legal expertise will be valued and your growth supported.

- Commercial Financing Paralegal
- Litigation Legal Assistant
- Paralegal - Real Estate
1 - Commercial Financing Paralegal
We're seeking a meticulous and experienced paralegal with a strong background in commercial financing transactions. You should be confident handling title searches, due diligence, and drafting related legal documentation.
2 - Litigation Legal Assistant
Looking for a dynamic legal assistant with solid litigation experience. Key responsibilities include court filings, preparing legal procedures, and providing daily administrative support to a busy legal team.
3 - Paralegal - Real Estate
Ideal for someone with experience in real estate law, particularly property transactions, title searches, lease review, and a strong familiarity with the Civil Code of Quebec (CCQ). Prior experience working on real estate transactions or related legal matters is a strong asset.
