The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance guest experiences, and promote our range of beauty services. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments. Deliver personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations. Provide exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with retail sales by recommending and upselling skincare products and beauty tools. Conduct product demos to educate clients about new or featured products. Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking guests in/out, and handling payments. Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Experience or training in skin care treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry. Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration. Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus. Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
