We are seeking dedicated and skilled US Truck Drivers to join McConnell Transport. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting frozen, fresh and dry goods through Canada and the US while adhering to all traffic laws, hour of service regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent driving skills, commitment to safety and a professional disposition. Since 1978, family owned and operated, McConnell Transport Ltd has specialized in transporting fresh, frozen and dry goods across North America.

Some of the job responsibilities are:

Operate heavy-duty truck to transport freight in the US.

Conduct pre-trips inspections, & post-trips inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety.

Communicate with the operations team for delivery/pick-up schedules.

Adhere to all local, provincial/state laws, hours of service regulations and all federal regulations regarding transportation.

To qualify, you will require:

Valid commercial driver's license

Verifiable 2 years' experience

Clean driver's abstract

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Excellent time management to meet appointment time
