We are seeking a dedicated Long Haul Company driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting freight over long distances. As a Long Haul Company driver , you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of our cargo.

Duties

Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across long distances safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo details as required by DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during transit. Manage loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism on the road. To ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) CLASS 1 is required. Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols is essential. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as part of employment requirements.
