Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

Receive, verify, and store incoming goods Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records Keep the warehouse clean and organized

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Pick, check, and pack outgoing orders Arrange local deliveries, courier, and freight shipments Support showroom customers with on-site pickup

3. Logistics Coordination

Track incoming shipments and containers Monitor container status and resolve shipping-related issues Prepare and submit customs clearance documents Coordinate container pickup, unloading, inspection, warehousing, and return

4. Equipment & Safety

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth logistics flow Install and test showroom samples for proper display and functionality Analyze and resolve post-sale product issues, including on-site support when necessary

Qualifications

College diploma in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Experience with international shipping and customs clearance is an asset Knowledge of warehouse processes: inventory control, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination Proven ability to manage inbound container operations independently Valid Forklift License (required) Valid Ontario G Driver's License, with willingness to drive for pickups/deliveries as needed Flexibility to work occasional overtime (e.g., container unloading or urgent shipments) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to perform moderate manual labor Proficient in Excel and ERP systems for inventory and data management High sense of responsibility, strong execution, and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

: $18/hour (post-probation)

Warehouse Physical Work Allowance

: +$1/hour

Performance Bonus

: Based on individual and company performance
