Job Description



The candidate for part-time Logistics Warehouse Assistant successfully performs a variety of tasks in the fields of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse administration.

Job Hours



The position requires availability on Thursday and Friday, maximum of 20 hours/week.

The candidate shall be assigned to perform the following tasks:

Supply Chain and Logistics:

Review wine sales orders and organize specific and correct products to be packed and shipped. Create accurate waybills and packing lists from various courier interface platforms. Print invoices and packing lists, ensuring proper TSV warehouse procedures have been followed. Unpack, count, and visually inspect incoming shipments with precision. Record all transactions. On occasion make local deliveries and pickups. Collaborate closely with Warehouse Manager and Administrative staff to ensure all shipments are created, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management:

Conduct daily, weekly and monthly regular cycle counts and audits for precise inventory control. Maintain orderly and pristine storage spaces for operational warehouse efficiency. Monitor packaging stock levels diligently, promptly notifying management of low thresholds.
Administration:

Provide essential administrative support to warehouse manager and administration staff. Perform data entry and maintenance tasks with meticulous accuracy. Manage incoming calls and distribute communications within the warehouse. Maintain office supplies and keep accurate levels of products used. Record day-to-day inventory transactions, including incoming and outgoing deliveries. Uphold health and safety policies for a secure and safe work environment. Fulfill additional inventory, administrative, and cleaning tasks as required.

What you bring to the team:



Excellent time management skills. A problem solver with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills. Strong initiative with an analytical yet common-sense approach. Basic computer software knowledge and a natural ability to navigate various software. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and counting. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Physically capable of lifting and moving packages up to 25 kg. Inventory experience and/or wine knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
