In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Supervise and optimize receiving, warehousing, preparation, shipping, and transportation activities Ensure inventory accuracy and shipment compliance Supervise, train, and motivate the logistics team (task allocation, monitoring, evaluation) Monitor performance indicators (service, productivity, inventory, costs) Implement continuous improvements (LEAN, 5S, process optimization) Manage pallet rack compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate with production, purchasing, customer service, and carriers

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision Motivational leadership and good communication skills Organization, rigor, and results-oriented College diploma in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent experience Good understanding of manufacturing management practices (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Kaizen, TPS, 5S) Good ability to master computer tools such as Office Suite and ERP software (such as SAP)
