In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Supervise and optimize receiving, warehousing, preparation, shipping, and transportation activities
- Ensure inventory accuracy and shipment compliance
- Supervise, train, and motivate the logistics team (task allocation, monitoring, evaluation)
- Monitor performance indicators (service, productivity, inventory, costs)
- Implement continuous improvements (LEAN, 5S, process optimization)
- Manage pallet rack compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, customer service, and carriers
