Key Responsibilities


Schedule and dispatch deliveries with external carriers and internal drivers.


Coordinate inter-facility transfers across Ontario and the Niagara Peninsula.


Negotiate shipping rates and delivery schedules.


Maintain fleet compliance and oversee vehicle maintenance.


Collaborate with sales, production, and warehousing teams.


Track delivery costs and maintain shipping documentation.


Support procurement and RFP processes.

Qualifications


Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.


3+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.


Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


Familiarity with US DOT and MTO regulations is a plus.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions


Office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse/greenhouse environments.


Monday-Saturday schedule, 40-50 hours/week.


Overtime and on-call availability required during peak seasons.
