Logistics & Service Coordinator

to help make it happen.


If you enjoy organization, hands-on support, and working alongside technical teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

Coordinate outgoing shipments, service materials, and equipment to ensure jobs are ready on time Prepare items for shipping and match products, parts, and materials to work orders Inspect outgoing items for quality, accuracy, and completeness Assist with loading and unloading shipments and service equipment Troubleshoot shipment, inventory, or documentation discrepancies Perform deliveries using company vehicles as required Use basic mechanical skills and power tools to assist with equipment preparation Follow safety procedures and keep the shop and yard organized

What You Bring to the Team:

Experience in logistics, inventory coordination, service support, or a related role Practical technical or mechanical knowledge (experience around equipment is an asset) Forklift experience or willingness to be trained Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in both shop and field environments Clear communication skills to keep operations running smoothly
