Operating from its manufacturing facility in Delta, BC, Canada, SEI offers a diverse range of over 50 products, serving more than 50 military forces and various commercial industries. Responsibilities

Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements. Match products with corresponding invoices orders, verifying quantities and specifications. Confirm that all shipments include proper documentation, when multiple items lists are accurate and complete. Schedule pickups with freight forwarders and coordinate customs clearance. Safely operate a forklift to handle and move product for outbounds shipments. Oversee the secure, efficient, and accurate loading of shipments. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Lift, move, and stock merchandise as required, following documented procedures. Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to Planning and Supply Chain Management. Identify and resolve issues related to missing documents, shipments, or deliveries. Supervise and support the receiving process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of inbound shipments. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Knowledge of manufacturing workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures. Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment.
