Responsibilities



Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, freight management, and dispatching to ensure timely delivery of goods. Oversee inventory management and control processes within warehouse facilities, utilizing ERP systems (SAP B1) to maintain accurate stock levels. Manage warehouse distribution activities such as picking & packing, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and category management to optimize space utilization and operational flow. Collaborate with Sales & procurement team to source materials efficiently, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and support sourcing strategies aligned with demand planning. Monitor transportation management and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure freight costs are controlled while maintaining service quality. Implement process improvements in logistics workflows, warehouse operations, and supply chain procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety standards for warehouse operations including forklift operation, materials handling protocols, and packaging requirements. Support operations management by coordinating order fulfillment activities such as order picking, packing, shipping schedules and common carrier arrangements. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities including inbound/outbound shipments, incident reports, dispatch logs, and inventory adjustments using SAP B1 platform. Liaise with internal team and external partners to optimize transportation routes, manage freight costs effectively, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Ability to work in a small Team environment

Answering customer phone calls and emails in a timely professional manner Directing leads, inquiries to sales team in a timely manner Work with customers in relation to Accounts Receivables
Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently

Opening and closing branch on a daily basis. 8am - 4:30am Other administrative duties as required. Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and ERP platform SAP B1. Hands-on experience with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and packaging processes. Knowledge of procurement practices, sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, demand planning, and category management within a logistics context. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to operate within safety standards related to warehouse environments including forklift certification preferred. Proficiency in using software tools such as SAP B1 platform and transportation planning tools is highly desirable. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments including Sales, procurement, production teams, distribution centers, and external vendors. Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
