Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to fill the combined role of Logistics and Inventory Control. This role sits at the center of our supply chain. You'll manage the flow of materials in and out of the shop. It's a coordinator role with real responsibility and room to grow as we scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Logistics and Supply Chain Management ? Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and transportation scheduling. ? Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to secure favorable rates and service levels. ? Monitor and analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies. ? Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international shipping regulations and customs procedures. ? Manage the relationship with key logistics partners, conducting regular performance reviews and audits. Leadership and Team Management ? Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the logistics and inventory control departments. ? Coordinate with other department leads (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing, Finance) to ensure alignment of inventory and logistics strategies.

Qualifications Required Experience and Skills ? Shipping and Receiving knowledge ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Control. ? Ability to perform small to medium physical labour Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in international shipping and customs clearance procedures. ? Proficiency with modern Inventory Management Systems (IMS)or ERP software. ? Ability to perform small to medium physical labour Compensation and Benefits Package Compensation is dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
