VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Logistics Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is critical to coordinating and managing the daily movement of materials, products, and personnel to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliveries to job sites, customers, and dealers. The successful candidate will serve as a key communication hub between drivers, warehouse staff, installation teams, and customers, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics activities. What You'll Do




Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries, pickups, and routes for company drivers and delivery vehicles Dispatch drivers efficiently while optimizing routes, timelines, and resource utilization Communicate delivery schedules, changes, and updates to drivers, warehouse staff, installation teams, and customers Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve delays, issues, or last-minute changes Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, delivery notes, and related paperwork Prepare and coordinate required U.S. border crossing documentation, including customs paperwork, commercial invoices, and related compliance documents Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure materials are staged, prepared, and loaded accurately and on time Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and logistics activities Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service when responding to delivery inquiries or concerns Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring




Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation coordination, or a similar role Experience preparing or coordinating U.S. cross-border shipping and customs documentation is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office (experience with ERP systems is an asset) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Knowledge of transportation regulations, routing, and delivery coordination (construction or building materials experience is an asset) Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
