Triumph is known as experts in shipping customers' ocean freight between Asia and Canada. We are active at all Canadian ports including Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Montreal and Halifax.

With more than three decades of services, our team is well versed in all aspects of freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing and North American distribution by road and rail.

Job Duties

System updates-data entry of shipments and orders Set delivery schedules and appointments with transport carriers and retailers Monitor and update pickups and delivery status Required to communicate with vendors and customers Offer essential support and direction to drivers regarding shipping and receiving processes, ensuring a smooth workflow. Ensure company and customer/retailer and vendor compliance policies are communicated to carriers and truck drivers on-site. Maintain and organize driver bills of leadings, proof of deliveries and associated documentation. Order material and supply requisitions to ensure the availability of necessary resources.

Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in warehousing Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Service orientated with strong customer service skills and commitment to quality Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Remuneration:

Hourly pay: $19 - $21/hr Extended health and medical benefit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
