We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Logistics Customer Service Representative. The customer care representative will be responsible to aid customers in any inquiries that they may have.
The main responsibilities are:
Data entry, booking creation & appointment coordination;
EDI order processing;
Track and Trace;
Develop an excellent working relationship with department staff members;
Offer full support to the Logistics Coordinators;
Resolve freight discrepancies in a timely manner;
Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally;
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with customers;
Ensure that fright paperwork is completed and approved before transportation;
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally;
Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
3 years experience of customer service (in the trucking industry, an asset);
Ability to communicate well in English. French is a plus.
Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player;
Customer service oriented;
Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;
Planning and organizational skills, ability to work well with high volumes and deadlines
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, Loadlink and Motive (Asset).
