We are partnering with a well-established luxury retail and interiors company to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support their fast-paced showroom and warehouse operations in Vancouver. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Coordinate local and out-of-town deliveries, ensuring orders are accurate, paid, and ready for dispatch
  • Manage delivery schedules, freight bookings, and logistics documentation
  • Act as the communication hub between warehouse, delivery teams, sales, project managers, and clients
  • Handle incoming shipments, confirm inventory counts, and notify internal teams and clients
  • Obtain freight quotes, arrange carrier pickups, and manage occasional U.S. shipments and export documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve delivery issues or claims as they arise
