Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in managing the efficient movement of goods and materials within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with transportation management systems, and experience in shipping & receiving processes. Duties

Coordinate and monitor transportation activities using Transportation Management System Transplus. Manage shipping & receiving operations, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, verifying documentation, and tracking shipments. Perform data entry related to shipment details, inventory updates, and order processing with high accuracy. Maintain effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Oversee freight documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping labels. Assist in inventory management by coordinating shipping schedules and ensuring proper receipt of goods.

Requirements

Proven experience with transportation management systems . Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret logistics data for decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy to maintain precise records. Knowledge of supply chain processes, freight management, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling. Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
