The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the logistics requirements of Canada Goose. This can include any activities related to the movement of products within our supply chain.

Qualifications
What You\'ll Do:

• Monitor & track forwarder KPIs against SLA, seek improvement opportunities for shipments that do not meet SLA.
• Review, approve or cancel booking request from supplier to forwarder \xe2\x80\x93 Review (mode of shipment, PO#, Supplier name, destination).
• Liaison between Supplier, Forwarder and CG teams. Investigate issues and coordinate with respective cross-function teams.
• Provide support to supplier\xe2\x80\x99s inquiry related to transportation.
• Review the flight and/or sailing schedule to ensure shipments are arranged by forwarder on time and seek other options if initial booking does not meet CG requirement.
• Regularly update and provide Inbound RM report to cross-functional teams.
• Inform the team for any potential news/updates impacting inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with customs broker for any customs inquiries.
• Monitor the shipments from origin to destination.
• Monitor all URGENT shipments until it arrives to the destination. Update cross functional team for the shipment status.
• Ensure that shipping documents are provided to avoid any delays in receiving shipments.
• Ensure that delivery and packing requirement are being followed by trucker.
• Arrange delivery with the Warehouse team
• Coordinate with Warehouse Team on condition of shipments received and address any concerns regarding packing and shipping with forwarder and supplier.
• Update report and KPIs regularly

Experience and Education:

• 2-4 years of experience in transportation and logistics, preferably dealing with international shipments
• Supply Chain Certification in transportation an asset

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office products
