Tritech Logistics is a full-service Brokerage office located in Surrey British Columbia. The brokerage office is fully supported by our Accord Transportation LTD asset-based company also located in British Columbia, Canada. The objective is to add a motivated, conscientious individual to help grow our market share, while simultaneously working closely with the asset-based company to support overflow freight.
Ensure timely and efficient movement of freight from origin to destination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customer's operations teams.

Research and thoroughly vet partner carriers using the tools provided.

Exercise discretion in booking carriers, negotiating rates, and resolving issues.

Manage transportation arrangements from pickup to delivery.

Communicate effectively with shippers, carriers, and team members.

Provide excellent customer service and advise carriers on priority needs.

Utilize urgency to resolve issues - claims, detentions, OS&D, layovers, breakdowns.

Maintain accurate updates on carrier assignments and assist with phone calls.

Collaborate with the team to achieve results and complete tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Degree/ Certificate in Supply Management or business-related field

Previous customer service and logistics experience desired

Knowledge of the Trucking Industry a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Technology savvy

Works well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
