Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Logistics Coordinator

Starting hourly wage of $19.00+/Hour

Starting rate dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided.

& Specifications

Ensure all Novid tanks are loaded efficiently, shipped safely and delivered on time in accordance with applicable transportation laws. Ensure that all documentation is in order and Novid customers are taken care of.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Permitting

Optimize short term driver load schedule Communicate with customers efficiently for all delivery details Create routes in accordance with transport regulations and applicable restrictions Apply for permits in a timely manner and obtain clearances from all applicable parties

Parts

Ensure correct parts get shipped

Shipping

Oversee effectiveness of carrier division incl. cost effectiveness, loading capacity and scheduled timing Schedule Novid Transport drivers ensuring even distribution of miles and tank sizes are accurate Confirm loads are in good condition and safe to depart Confirm all parts are loaded Take loaded pictures of trailer and load with parts and ensure availability on the server

Filing

Ensure all paperwork is stored correctly in the customer files and all shipping drawings Maintain and organize logistics folders

Payroll & IFTA

Review pilot driver payroll hours submitted Ensure all out of pockets expenses are reimbursed
