Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic dispatch team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and dispatching our fleet of 45 semi tractors and flat deck trailers across Canada. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations with our team of dispatchers
• Daily communications with drivers, customers and brokers
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.

Skills

• Strong understanding of transportation regulations
• Proficient with logistics software i.e. Axon software, Microsoft and Word
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
