Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating warehouse distribution, transportation management, procurement, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless product flow from sourcing to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and process improvement initiatives. Duties



Manage warehouse distribution activities, including inventory control, order picking, and materials management Coordinate shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) and freight arrangements with 3PL providers Utilize ERP systems such as AS400 and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track shipments, inventory levels, and procurement activities Conduct data analysis to identify process improvements in supply chain workflows Support sourcing and procurement activities, including pricing negotiations and vendor management Monitor demand planning to align inventory levels with forecasted sales Manage packaging operations and coordinate freight logistics for domestic and international shipments Ensure compliance with safety standards when operating equipment such as forklifts Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Experience



Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials management Familiarity with supply chain processes including procurement, sourcing, and demand planning Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) Experience working with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and e-commerce logistics solutions Strong data analysis skills for reporting and process optimization Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) Experience with process improvement methodologies within a logistics or warehouse environment is a plus Prior exposure to CMMS or similar maintenance management software is advantageous
This role is integral to maintaining efficient supply chain operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency in logistics systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
