Job Summary The Customer Experience Representative will work as a member of our front-line service team, focusing on client support. They work directly with clients to assist with shipments and offer excellence in customer relations by providing a positive interaction experience on all levels. In addition, this role will have direct interaction with customers and internal team members to ensure seamless communication. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries providing support as required.
Process data entry requirements relative to operational movements.
Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers, and internal departments to gather information and book appointments.
Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department.
The report, analyze and resolve system, clients, and operational issues that impact service quality.
Maintain records and statistics relative to assigned processes.
Perform general office functions as required.
Ability to perform tasks independently.
Job Requirements
Successful completion of High School Diploma.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient with the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a member of a team.
Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage work requirements.
Preferred
Previous experience in the logistics transportation industry would be considered an asset.
Experience working with TMW software would be considered an asset.
